Composed Compensation LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances past their due date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Composed Compensation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
